AMPAURA AUSTRALIA
For installers and electrical contractors

We exist to make our installers successful

Powerfully simple, for the people who have to sell it, install it and answer for it.

Ampaura does not install. We supply the battery, the software that designs it and the platform that runs it, then put our engineer and our electrician alongside you on the jobs that need it. The customer stays yours. So does the margin.

Three things that take the risk out of a commercial job

You are good at winning work and delivering it. Commercial storage adds three problems that have nothing to do with your trade: proving the numbers, standing behind the hardware, and answering for performance long after you have left site. We built the business around taking those three off you.

Prove the numbers
Ampaura Designer

Interval data in, a proposal a finance director will accept out, in under fifteen minutes. Designer reads the tariff structure, the demand charges and the blended rate off the bill, so the savings you put your name to are the savings the site actually sees.

Our electrical engineer works through the design with you. We do not do it for you, and we do not leave you to it either.

Stand behind the hardware
German-built RCT Power batteries

We did not build our own battery and ask you to trust it. We partnered with RCT Power: BloombergNEF Tier 1, winner of the independent HTW Berlin Storage Inspection nine times including six years running, and more than 15 GWh shipped across 27 countries.

When a customer asks who made it and what happens if it fails in year six, you have an answer that survives the follow-up question.

Ampaura Connect

One dashboard for every asset you manage, across every site and every customer, including hardware you did not buy from us. You see the fleet. Your customer sees what their system saved them this month.

Nobody has to take performance on trust, which is usually where the awkward conversations start.

This is Ampaura Designer, not a mock-up. Upload the interval data, let it read the tariff, pick the system, print the numbers. Your logo on the front, your margin in the price.

Who you actually get

Named people, not a support queue

An electrical engineer
Before you quote

Sizing, tariff analysis, network constraints and the technical questions you get asked across the table. Bring him into the conversation while the job is still being scoped, not after you have committed to a number.

A qualified electrician
When you install

Switchboard, connection and commissioning. Someone who has done it, on the phone to someone who is doing it, which is a different conversation to reading a manual at someone.

The factory itself
On serious jobs

For large or unusual projects we bring RCT Power's own engineers in directly. You are not limited to what we happen to know, and you are not waiting on a ticket queue in another timezone.

How we support you

Where we come in, from the first bill to ongoing operation

The job is yours from start to finish. This is what we put behind you at each stage, and where we deliberately stay out of the way.

  1. Getting the sizing right

The customer's interval data and a recent bill land on your desk. That is everything you need to size the system properly instead of guessing at it.

    Where we come in

Ampaura Designer reads the tariff structure and the demand profile, then models the right sized solar and battery for what that customer actually needs. You walk out with a proposal you can put in front of them, not a spreadsheet you have to defend.

  2. Site inspection

You handle the electrical review, the single line diagram and the site assessment. It is your trade, your licence and your sign-off.

    Where we come in

We can be on the call or on site to review it with you. A second set of eyes from people who have looked at a lot of commercial switchboards, without taking the job off you.

  3. Customer signs off

The proposal is accepted and the project becomes real. This is the point where lead times start to matter.

    Where we come in

The product is ordered and manufactured to that site's requirements, then delivered straight to site. It is built for the job rather than pulled off a shelf, which is why what turns up matches what you specified.

  4. Installation

Your crew installs it. This is the part you are already good at, and the part we have no interest in taking over.

    Where we come in

Our electrician and support team are on site with you for your first install. After that it moves to remote technical support, on the assumption that by the second one you will not want us standing behind you.

  5. Operations and maintenance

The system is live, and the customer expects it to stay that way for a decade or more. Every site you have ever commissioned is now something you are on the hook for.

    Where we come in

This is where Ampaura Connect earns its keep. Faults and alarms from every site you manage arrive in one place instead of a phone call from an unhappy customer, and the new maintenance scheduling lets you plan the work rather than react to it. Done properly, that is what keeps the battery optimised across its full lifespan.

Apply for partner access

Tell us who you are, where you work and what you install today. Partner access means Designer, qualified leads for your region, training for your crew, and two Adelaide specialists you can ring: an engineer before you quote and an electrician when you install. We come back with a conversation, not an automated sequence.
